But when i put background color then rounded corners disappear in IE 7 and color goes outside the borders

Hm... can't help you there. IE's handling of the Html Fieldset/Legend tag is "unique". Quite frankly, most browsers' handling of background color prining is flaky. I can't speak about this particular issue. I was just happy to recover the ability to even see the image.

I would like to share the solution that worked for me..

1. Paste image, the Red "X" icon will appear.
2. Press Control + Z key to undo paste.
3. Now, try Paste again..The image would be pasted..

Note - Do not press any other keys

Thanks.

The Control-Z solution suggested by Sambhaji B worked perfectly!
